In tablet mode, the functions are grayed out and cannot be utilized within the app. Switch to mobile mode to utilize these functions.

1) Open the “Settings” app.

2) Scroll down and select "Display".

3) Scroll down and select “Full screen apps”.

4) Click on the Nelko app and change the aspect ratio to 16:9.

5) Restart the app.
