Super easy to set up! Love that I can print through the app without having to plug into a computer. Super simple: unbox, plug in, download app, download label to cloud files, open file in app, hit print!
The only improvement I wish for is that I could simply bypass the app and set it up as a printer in my phone settings and print that way, but its still super simple and easy!

Received this printer as a birthday gift from the in laws, who know that I do quite a bit of shipping with my hot sauce making hobby - to be honest, I was a little skeptical upon first glance. However, this printer has exceeded my expectations in every regard. It took me a few minutes to get the hang of how to format the labels on the shipper's website, but once I figured that out, it could not be easier to print label after label in high clarity! Opened the box 4 days ago and have already used it 3 times - I love this thing!
